RH-201 Water-based Acrylic Elastic Cement is a water-based acrylic flexible elastic cement composed of high molecular weight resin compounds and PD elastic fibers. It forms a highly elastic and pressure-resistant waterproof layer that remains stable under wet conditions. It provides excellent adhesion and long-lasting performance.

Application

  1. Used for waterproofing structures, roofs, balconies, terraces, bathrooms, kitchens, general gardens, and basement waterproofing projects.
  2. Applied to external walls of buildings, ceramic tiles, cement mortar surfaces, and lightweight concrete walls as anti-cracking and waterproofing layers.
  3. Waterproofing and wall repair for new and old cement roofs and exterior walls

 

Application Method

  1. Remove dust, oil stains, algae, and other contaminants from the surface.
  2. Apply RH-102 as basecoat and mix with water with 1:1 or 1:2 ratio. Apply 1 time.
  3. Mix RH-201 Elastic Cement with 20~30kg of aggregate until slurry-like texture. Apply 2~3 times.
  4. Finish off with RH-400 as a topcoat for UV protection.
  5. If the topcoat is not used, apply heat-resistant tiles or other materials.
